Default papillio phy. orchid problem please help!

i bought an papillio orchid at the melbourne fl orchid show about two and a half months ago it was blooming and beautiful five days later the bloom fell off it had a small bud behind the flower and is still their. i was told this flower blooms all the time. the bud is very small and dose not seem to be getting biger. i also was told this is a low light orchid. but i have been reading up on it and i am reading that this is med to hight light. so i am confused if any one could help that would be great thanks sky

I have four of these. As far as the bud goes, exercise a lot of patients. It will bloom.

Do not be concerned. Everyone of mine was in bloom around the time of that show and none of almost 20 now.

It is just to cold.

The commercial nurseries with hundreds in bloom in September also do not have blooms this month.

I have been meaning to test them in low light as i believe they will continue to flower in low light. Currently I grow them in med to high light.
