I have this phal that has this pitting thing going on...and i am not sure what to do, or what it is.

Can someone point me in some kind of direction in telling me what it is or what to do

Red spider mites?

Maybe the plant got stressed which may have led to the possible spider mite infestation.

Any more details you can give on your end?
