Wet newspaper in a shallow tray and a water bottle of water to spray them with, can do it.

Keeping the humidity high in the surrounding area will help too.

Agree with what KOOG said. I've even left phals bareroot for several weeks with no apparent ill effects.

When you re-pot, do so in sphagnum. I have found it to be the best first aid available for a sick phal. You must not pack the sphagnum but place it loosely in the pot and make absolutely sure that it just stays damp not soppy.
