Default Rewireing a fluorescent fixture

Several months ago, I read a thread that described how to rewire a Fluirescent light fixture, so as to produce more light. Does anyone know an easy way to retrieve it ??? Thanks, John.

google overdriving flouresesnt lights ...But it has to be a newer electronic type ballast or you just smoke the ballast and it does require you have two ballasts
