I should have caveated with this - you can try to salvage this plant, but the truth is, it'll probably be set back quiiiiite a bit, maybe even years. Do you want to wait that long? As prolific as phals are these days, it might not be a bad idea to get a new one...people will attack me because I'm saying you should give up on it, but i'm just impatient

I'll add a few more things...
It's too late for hydrogen peroxide or cinnamon treatments.
Those will not help with poor maintenance habits that have led up to this problem.

This course of action is not necessary at all. It's poor maintenance practices that have led up to this issue, not disease.
A healthy plant has an immune system that is quite capable of handling many disease organisms perfectly fine.
Here's a little chemistry tid bit. H2O2 is not just a disinfectant but a bleaching agent as well.

Try accidentally spilling some lab grade H2O2 on your hands and see what happens - it's interesting! hurts too and is absolutely not something i recommend.
Note to self - if a lab tech puts a bottle of H2O2 in the staff refrigerator (which you hadnt seen prior to this) don't assume that the water at the base of the refrigerator is just water - therefore don't go and grab a paper towel to wipe it up with your hands coz the H2O2 soaks through the paper towel and bleaches your skin... needless to say i didnt see the lab tech after that event!

I worked in the chemical industry and used 50% H2O2 in some of our processes, and have been spattered with the stuff. I don't recall any pain, but it does bleach the skin pretty well.
The lab techs in the plant in Memphis where we manufactured it (70%) used to have a contest to see who could hold it in their mouth the longest. I thought they were nuts, but they had the brightest smiles around and none of them ever had any dental issues!
