Neofinetias are pretty hardy. You should be fine.

Like Ray had said, there is nothing significantly wrong with this plant. There are definitely enough roots for it to bounce back.

Just to give you an idea, I have a hard time keeping the roots on my two Neofinetia falcata in the pot. That's the part of the plant that seems to grow like nobody's business.

Thank you "King of Orchid", that is very encouraging.....I hope that by re potting it I won't lose the flowers. They look so delicate!
