Have you ever seen "freezing rain"?

If you have any allegy, this is NOT the place to be. Even if you don't, you WILL develop it one way or the other. This has been an aweful year for me.

Yes, I do have very bad allergies and I sympathize with you very much. I'm highly allergic to dust mites which need 50% or higher humidity to live. Back in Southern California it's much much drier and for most of the year too dry for dust mites to survive so I didn't know I was allergic till I moved to this very humid place. I also didn't know I was allergic to mosquito bites, which often swell up into big welts when I'm bitten.

Believe me I'm very thankful I don't live in a cold snowy place but So Cal has much better weather then here in Miami.

I actually have seen freezing rain because we used to drive up to a ski resort near Yosemite every Febuary and rent a cabin for a few weeks. It was fun for a while but one time we got snowed in and I realized that it gets old real fast, so again I sympathize with you there.

But I promise you, you don't want to come to Miami in the summertime. Winter is great, but during the summer lots and lots of people leave here and go back up to New England or the Midwest till our Sauna Season is over.
