Importing flasks from thailand to Canada

Where do I need to get that from? Would I just go to the customs office on the US side, show them the plant and tag. As you can tell this is a first for me, so sorry for running off with the thread, Math.

if someone is looking for flasks from thailand, I sell some. There are 35 different species fron Thailand and South-east Asia. Some are very difficult to find.

I sell mostly flaks to Europe, so i'm more used of rules for there. But the CITES office of Bangkok says that no CITES is needed for flasks, only Phyto.
I've been to the office many times and they always say that CITES is only for plants. To Europe, I can confirm that only Phyto is needed as I sent already many there.
