As an ex smoker myself I would like to offer this tidbit, take the $4.50 a day you would spend on smokes and put it in a jar, at the end of the month take it out and go to your favorite orchid greenhouse and treat yourself. You will have earned it. Good luck.

Congrats on quitting smoking. I quit almost 11 years ago. I know its hard at times but so well worth it.

I wish to share my powers with the world so please send me all your favorite (and hopefully valuable) orchids and I will send you back multiple (slightly smaller) copies. My mail carrier is a drunk, so you may want to insure the packages for more than the value of the plant.
Also, I like Stephanie's idea about the non-smoking jar. However, I think it would be even better if everyone who doesn't smoke kept such a jar and sent me the money from the jar each month to spend on orchids. Of course, I would give all... well some, of the orchids to like orphans and Harri Krishnas and stuff. Just add the money to the packages with those orchids you are no doubt sending me. Also, to make it easier for me to process all this non-smoker/Harri Krishna/Orphan money as well as the I need a miracle orchids, please send me packages on the day of the month corresponding to your birth date.

Congratulations on quitting smoking and on your truly amazing rant! I enjoy a good rant myself now and then although mine are not usually funny. I am glad someone is looking out for the Krishna people and the little orphans but I am not too sure about sending you my orchids although I appreciate your charitable efforts.

That orchid $$ jar is a very good idea. Even if you put $1@day away you could buy a new orchid to cook every month My personal preference is freezing them. You have to show them who is boss
