nonblooming Epi porpax

I've had this lil bugger for a number of years -- got it as a cutting from a mature plant that a friend had. It's mounted and in a terr. Temps remain rather consistent -- generally mid 70's into the 80'sF. Leaves -- especially those at the top of the mount have a red cast. It grows well but has never bloomed for me. Suggestion?
