Default Odd behavior with my Scaphosepalum microdactylum

So this plant was repotted many months ago and everything was going along just fine, lots of new growths. Then it started to spike, Yay . Well its been spiking for atleast 6 weeks, but no flowers. The flower stocks look healthy and all, but they won't finish budding. They are not growing or dieing. I don't get it. There is one spike that is dried up and dead, its the last picture.

They are indoors under stable temps and stable humidity. Misted by a Mistking 3 times a day, fans and all.

I don't get it! Also the roots are striped? I don't recall this species having striped roots.

Sorry about the last 2 pictures fuzziness, but its late and the sun is down! So not much light.

Suggestions on getting this one it play nicely?

I would speculate some sort of chemical issue - maybe a nutrient deficiency or overdose of some sort.

Tell us about your feeding/watering regimen.

I ruled out a fertilizer issue since none of the others are showing any issues.

10 drop of a 7/7/7 liquid fert per 2 gallons of water.

I'll make sure this one gets its own small bath once a week for a few months and see if that helps any.
