Default Angraecum repotting

I have a large angraecum that needs repotting. I have read that repotting angs is tricky business. Anyone want to suggest tried and true methods? Thanks, Bill

Hi, Bill. How large is your Angraecum?

Since I heard and read that the roots should not be disturbed, all I did for repotting was as follows:

1. Pull the plant out the pot.
2. Shake it gently and try to get rid of old medium as much as possilbe.
3. Soak the roots in the warm water and do #2 again.
4. Put the plant in the new larger pot and fill the space with fresh medium.

I hope it helps. My 3 Angraecums are doing well. However, I am not an expert on this. I am curious how others do?
