need help with my new addition

orchid experts! I am asking for your help and to share your knowledge and experience with newbie.
I just got my order and do not know what to do . I purchased the following plants:
Ascocenda Bigness X Korb Fah
Vanda Pure's Wax
Rhynchostylis gigantea 'Orange'
Phalaenopsis Tien Nong Stripe X

I know that I can grow all vandaceous in a vanda basket with out substrate (please correct me if I am wrong), but
I am confused with this size of plants I got. May I put it in a basket without substrate, or
Do I have to pot it in a substrate? I am attaching the pictures so you can visualize the size.
