Cymbidiums with black spots on base of leaves?

Need help! I repotted my Cymbidiums 3 weeks ago? Yesterday I noticed some brown/black spots on the base of the leaves (see pictures). Would anyone recognize them? If my plants are infected, what would be the cure (and prevention in the future). Thanks.
