Ok, I was just reading a book on Phalenopsis, and it says that flowering can also be affected by the temperature differential between day and night, so that if you're not giving them enough of one, they won't flower. It's harder when they're indoors to get that differential.

I think I may try watering all my orchids with copious quantities of beer as that has been proven to encourage sexual reproduction in just about everything.
Here is my list of orchids please have a look and tell me if you see anything here that definitely needs to stay inside.
I own a couple NOID Dendrobiums, Epi. schomburgkii, Den. nobile, a NOID Phal., Onc. 'Sweet Sugar', one mystery orchid, a jewel orchid, one Cattaleya NOID, two Onc. popcorn 'Pink Mist', that Phal. with the name I can never remember that is Dorothy's avatar, and... oh wait, that's it.
The other 15 or so orchids in my possession belong to my brother in law. I rescued them from our mother in law and my sister in law while he's working out of state.
These include Onc. ampliatum (x2), sphacelatum, Big Mac 'Sargosa' x leuchochium 'Short Spike' and three NOIDs; two Vanda NOIDS; one Max. tenuifolia ; a Den. pierardii (a wee baby); Catasetinae ?; Brassavola cuculatta; Den. NOID; and I think that's it.

Thanks for all the feedback everyone.

Aaron,
I wonder if your orchids will have better luck with beer or liquor... lol

I see no reason to keep any of your orchids or your family's orchids inside. After all, Ive never heard of orchids native to people homes!
