Question Oncidium twinkle spikes not budding- HELP!

Hello, I am in Canada, I have this oncidium twinkle pink for three years, it gave a few spikes of beautiful fragrant flowers in the first couple years, starting April last year, it continuously produce flower spikes, so far about 16 spikes.
Only three has a few flowers in July. and none of them can bear flowers. Three spikes turned brown and dried out in November. Last few days I saw some brown scale worms on three of the spikes so I cut them off and treated the whole plant with soap and neem oil mixture. Now It left 7 spikes and it looks like a couple new spikes are heading out now. Is there anyway to stop it continuously give out new spikes and make the existing spikes to bud?
Growing environment:
Temp: day 24 C, night 18C
humidity: day 55-65, night 40-45
Lighting: grow light 12 hours.

Welcome!

The plant sounds like it is really healthy. The new spikes won't keep the existing spikes from budding. Patience... Oncidiums can tease you for months, making spikes with buds developing much later. Orchids teach patience! As you observe your plants, you will learn their patterns. They do what they "want" to do, on their time scale not yours...you can't change the pattern, so just watch and enjoy.

When they all bloom, please post photos.
Twinkle spike for, at least, two months spiking before blooming.

Thank you for all response, I was so anxious because a few older spikes died away and the plant kept putting out new spikes. I think I better be patience as you guys said and wait to see. If it really can bloom I will post a picture of it.
LOL.

Patience is not a trait that I was born with or developed throughout my childhood under the guidance of my anxiety riddled parents. The practice of keeping orchids has really helped develop this and it has made me happier. Lean into the patience Twinkle is a good teacher!
