Phaius? orchids

Hello!
I walked past a florist and noticed they had an orchid, but I didn't know what kind it was. It appeared to be in a terrestrial orchid- type mix. After coming home, I google "terrestrial orchid"... from what I read, it was probably a Phaius orchid.

Are these hard to grow? (in the home) also, are they difficult to find? otherwise I may have to go back and get it
