I also ignored the noise, instead of cutting this leaf 2 months ago on a sedirea seedling I tried to fix it.
It was a gooey brown looking spot. seems to have dried up and a new leaf growing strong now...
How did I fix it? Fertilizing better
But seriously its been getting colder, not warmer, I honestly think I fixed it
The advice given so far has been spot on but just have to add my view too..

Although others have given good advice, I could not agree more with Roberta's assessments. If the spots are not advancing, no treatment is needed.
The only thing I would add is to inspect the bottoms of the leaves for signs of sucking insects.
