I am actually thinking about getting someone a Stelis for their birthday. I had one once and it was kinda easy to grow. https://newworldorchids.com/wp-conte..._muscifera.jpg

OK, so instead of buying 1...I just went creasy as always!
Vanda Hybride (on sales, I couldn't help it)
Masdevallia Veitchiana 'Celle'
Princess Mikasa 'Pink' (to give company to my purple)
Cattleya aurantiaca 'flava'
Masdevallia nidifica 'Red'
Masdevallia Selphi Orion
And then I have a promo code from Patrkc Pop and I'm hunting for Roberta Paph/Pink ..
Paphiopedilum Susanville x maudiae
BTW, could anyone (@ maybe Roberta) tell me what's the adult size of a paphiopedilum colosseum (how would I know if is adult? hahaha) I have 2 and they grow so slow and they supposed to be adult but came in a 5 inch pot

Is that maybe Paph Colossus? (I can't find a Paph colosseum...) If it is Paph. Colossus, I can make some guesses, it is Nitens x villosum... Nitens is insigne x villosum so it would look (and behave) mostly like villosum. I do have Paph NItens (which looks a lot like insigne) - a division of a huge plant, but mine has never grown as vigorously as its source plant, has stayed well-behaved. So if it is what I am guessing, there is the potential to make lots of fans, grow into a specimen. But not necessarily all that huge.

I have Paph. Nitens in a 15 cm (6 inch) pot. Not sure of the number of growths (they come and go) but it has stayed in that pot size for quite awhile. The "mother plant" was huge, probably nearly a hundred growths (it got a cultural award with 57 flowers), had not been repotted in years... mine was a piece that fell off and ended up in a Society auction. I have found it to be a really easy grower, very forgiving.

Here are the new Kids On the House.
I was mentioning in another post that I think they've been repotted the plants before shipping .... Kind of strange, do you think?
