Broken Crown with no leaves

Thank you so much

I just want to hear if there is anything I must know when I transplant the phal from the sphagnum moss to the bark, must I keep it a little bit wetter than usual for a month or two so that the roots can adjust to a less wet medium or can I just water normally?
