Broken Crown with no leaves

I just want to hear if there is anything I must know when I transplant the phal from the sphagnum moss to the bark, must I keep it a little bit wetter than usual for a month or two so that the roots can adjust to a less wet medium or can I just water normally?

Don't spend a lot of time and effort on that one... it looks pretty dead (actually, very dead). If you don't see a new growth starting from the base of the plant in a month or two, toss it, buy a new Phalaenopsis (and then repot right away since most need it badly, in bloom is OK) When that broke off, from the initial picture it looked like the crown had rotted off from the inside, not the result of accident.

Sadly that plants looks very dead, not a hint of green on it. I would toss it, unless it had sentimental value and you want to try absolutely everything to revive it, on the off chance that there's a shred of life left in it.

I agree with Roberta that it more than likely had crown rot deep inside, phal crowns don't snap off that easily on a healthy plant. You would need something like a fall from some height and crown first in order to rip a crown off a plant.
