I would reconsider using the organisms in a fog. Foggers generate droplets tiny enough to make it past our normal nasal and pharyngeal defenses, and can be inhaled down into the lungs. There is a chance they could drift out of the tank and people in the house could breathe them. I don't know how pathogenic these organisms are to mammals.

Good thought ES...I am not too worried about that but it is worth remembering and not taking a deep breath of the vapor....especially near the time I add some

I forgot to include in the earlier post that the “cloud” is only on at night so only my guinea pig (her enclosure is next to the tank) will have any exposure and, well, she can be the Guinea pig lol

Did you happen to buy this guinea pig about the same time you purchased this cloud tank? hahahahaha!!
If it's good enough for a guinea pig, it's good enough for the plants inside haha. We can say that the guinea pig will receive adequate nutrients/nutrition. A mini covid mask (cloud filter) for her if she needs it heheh.
i envision a guinea pig in a fighter pilot flight suit, helmet and visor and the mask....maverick! but a sweet little guinea pig
