Hypochile - the bit where the labellum meets the calyx
Mesochile - the next bit
Epichile - the outermost part of the labellum, which is usually the largest and widest

The plant in your photos does indeed look like Brassocattleya [Bc.] Clinton (C. bicolor x Bc. Beth Eden)
It was something we offered a very long time ago, and more recently sold the divisions remaining in our collection.
