I am very happy with it. Kudos to Marlow!
One question -- Is it mounted upside down? The roots are up and the leaves are down when I hang it. Mounted orchids are new to me. Is this typical?

Interesting, mine is in a basket pointed upward. But downward may likely be actually the way it would grow in nature... In fact I may try the same for mine, it may be happier. For some orchids that grow downward, it's clear by looking at them (like Epi. parkinsonianum or some of the Vandaceous species such as Schoenorchis juncifolia or Holcoglossum wangii) Others likely grow in nature in any direction (most Phalaenopsis grow sideways or downward given the choice) I'd certainly defer to someone who knows what they do in nature.

I had found this website, with photos in situ. I'm surprised how desicated the plants are! I wonder if this is normal for them, or if it was unusually dry at the time the photos were taken.

I am just so excited now I could squeal like a teenage girl!
And will they all come mounted? I didn't see it as an option when purchasing. Hmmmm.

Ok, I set this inside my wardian case with the hook down. So leaves were up and roots were down. Checking back on it just now, the leaves have curved over and down. I think it is best to hang this the way Marlow mounted it -- roots up, leaves down.

Oh noooo... now I want one too. And double benefit for me, I could grow it outside. The Baker sheet on this one gives a temperature range of 104 deg F (40 deg C) to 23 deg F (-5 deg C) !

Shipment from Marlow's received! The podangis is nice, in spike. Pics attached. Puzzled about the orientation. Mine is also mounted upside down.
I went ahead and ordered a Laelia Pumila, Paph QF Mini, and Cattleya forbesii. The latter is a complete mess of a plant, unpotted during shipping, shrivled bulbs. Can't win them all I guess. Love the Laelia and Paph.
