Correct! I have clear vinyl liner surrounding the enclosure. The water runs down the plastic into the tray and down a drain. I water everyday with a hose. Takes 2 minutes and is a lot of fun. A few days a week I fertilize first with a sprayer and let it sit for an hour before the deluge.
I actually have a misting system and front flap installed too for when I travel.

All right! It came in!!! USPS did not drop the ball (praise be...) and I got it a day early. This and it’s 13 other shipping companions came in from Gold Country in wonderful shape. The Podangis is adorable! Now I just need to watch for some new roots so I can get it mounted.
And Camille, yours is stunning. The way it’s growing in that little pot makes it look like a work of art. Absolutely beautiful photographs, too

Dea, you don't really have to wait for new roots if you don't want to, since I have come to the conclusion that these really don't like pots (or even baskets) very much... classic Vandaceous behavior. I'll be posting my "old" one soon... waiting for a few more flowers to open. It was in a basket, didn't look great, but after seeing the ones that people got from Marlow, I mounted it up... found good roots in the basket... and it was in spike. Seems like no harm no foul.

That’s good to know! I wasn’t sure how delicate these were and how often they would push out roots. I’ll probably just dunk it in some kelpmax and mount it up.

Your Podangis looks great! Now, my only complaint is that you mention 13 shipping companions, and don't even tell us what they are or show us photos!
EDIT: Very good, I see you know us all too well and created a separate thread for those orchids!

Help!!! Four days ago I posted that I had overwatered my podangis and I feared I had rot at the juncture of the roots and the leaves (I'll call that the "crown"). It's going downhill.
Initially the podangis had 3 good looking roots. As of 4 days ago one of the roots had turned brown at the crown and the moss tucked underneath was very wet. I treated the areas with physan, trimmed a little, and removed the moss under the crown.
I cut back the watering. I have this at about 70% humidity with air flow.
As of today the brown root area has turned crispy and the root looks like it's dying back. A second root has turned brown and crispy in the same area. Root #3 has looked better.
Can this be saved????
The 4 pictures below are how it looks now. I had technical difficulties reposting my pictures from a few days ago. I'll try again in another post.

3rd root still looks good so that gives the plant a good chance at survival. It would be ideal if you could hang it with the leaves downward, so any water will roll off rather than be able to stick in the leaf axils. (That's the reasoning behind the mounting approach that Marlow is using and it makes a lot of sense) Then you can't really overwater it - water in the morning and then let it dry out.
