Beautiful photos. I really like all the different angles of the flowers.

You could probably make a lot of us old coots look good in pictures.

I'm happy to be able to show the new Podangis owners what to expect next blooming season! I did notice when comparing with last's year's photos that my plant was not happy at some point. I obviously didn't pay attention that the largest of the smaller growths lost all its leaves, and what I thought was a new growth this spring is actually that growth restarting.
The photos were taken with a 90mm macro lens, and for the extreme closeups I used another smaller lens thingy which mounts on the end of the normal lens to give a bit more magnification. A tripod and a good external light source are also necessary when trying to get nice macro shots with good depth of field (f/20 in these photos). I was hesitating to borrow a friend's super macro lens, but that would have been overkill! (with that lens you can take nice detailed shots of small insects like aphids).

Yes! Not sure exactly what to call it but its where I have all my non potted orchids that get watered 1-2x daily. Crazy how many plants I've jammed in here... Everyone seems happy though and the podangis fits right in

That looks awesome!! I see you have some sort of plastic behind/around, but how do you deal with all the dripping water?
