Tapatalk is invaluable for the quick and efficient posting of photos. Last time we went down I deleted and reinstalled Tapatalk and it worked. This time no luck.
Is somebody working on this issue ? Is somebody even aware that it's an issue ? I doubt it.....hahaha.

I have done the same as you have, to no avail. Running a computer is not a good option for me. I do everything on my iPad.

I contacted tapatalk, they said that orchidboard.com has to update their "plug in", and that theyve notified the forum owner. I agree 100%, much more enjoyable experience accessing via tapatalk.

I use a pair of external drives and back up everything on my computer often. I back up everything on both drives so that I have a back up of a back up. You never know when technology will fail. Be careful what other links you click upon when you are browsing the internet. Check the link before clicking on it to make certain it is going to the right site. Do not click if the link does not seem right. Keep your anti-malware programs updated and run them often. Do not read email at work and, if you own a small business, make it a rule that outside email is not to be read on company computers. If you think you might have blundered, take your computer/device offline immediately and run anti-spyware and go to task manager and end the process.

To make things easier for your family and friends, when sending Photos, make certain that they can see the photos in the email instead of needing to click on them. When sending links, tell family and friends exactly what the link is and make certain that the link is safe before sending it.

Leafmite, thank you so much for this very timely reminder of the importance of backing things up! I admit I have gotten lax about it, but I've resolved to start doing it again, on a very regular schedule.

Last week, I too was afraid the site was gone for good. Not a happy feeling at all. I've come to really enjoy this place!

You can access OB on phone or tablet with a Web browser. I use Opera because it reformats the text when I enlarge it so the whole column of text fits on the screen. No more sliding back and forth to read.

On my desktop the main page and thread listings now looks a little different - the font is different and smaller. Individual threads look the same. Is the Tapatalk version working yet?

No, it still shows "problem with forum" error when trying to log on.
