Instead of being snarky, maybe we should start doing some research.
What does it take to keep this place going:
If managed/hosted by others?
Owned privately with server?
General finance?
Technical expertise?
Fundraising?
No clue what else.
My point being, if we are thinking of something, we better know what that something is!

Well, I agree Ree. I would become a financial supporter if I had an idea of where or what the money went for. The software must cost something, the hosting does for sure.
