You must have the picture hosted somewhere first. Either here or on a place like photobucket. (Photobucket is free, there are other sites too). Then after your image is downloaded to a hosting site, right click on your picture to get the picture's url. Next go on the private message, Click the little "picture icon" at the top of the message. That will bring up a prompt to insert the url of your picture. Insert the url and it will insert itself into the text. Hope this helps, if further questions I will be glad to help.
