Unable to post pics to my own gallery via iPhone
Hello all,
HELP HELP HELP
Yeah I join orchid board a number of months ago. Many of you have posted to my threads and have given me comments and suggestions on my orchids. The one thing that it eludes me on this form is how to post pics either to the gallery or just to my user control panel. I would have posted more pics of everything if I knew how to do it. Before I just gave up on it because it frustrated the heck out of me that it was not doing what the directions said to do.
Well again I have just now spent two hours trying to figure out how to upload pics first off into my CP manager orchid section, with no success. Second I tried to go into gallery in creating a album and I've got two pics posted but it won't let me post anymore wants me to make another album. I have tried everything, I have deleted albums,I have tried to add other pics. but it will not allow me to do anything it tells me it's upload these pictures but they need to know where to be found. I've pulled up the sticky on how to upload pics and followednthe directions to the T and I still get nothing. I am very frustrated at this point and need a little break but will be back on a little later so please any suggestions or any help would be very very very appreciative

I haven't posted any to my gallery in a long time but it always worked when I did. Are you using a fairly small file that has been downsized for use on the web? It may be why it is not working and limiting you to only 2.

Basically I'm using my iphone I don't have computer. I just have them in my folder and crop then I try to post. I should be as easy as that. I have flickr and att locker and can't seem to get any those posted either. I just don't know why it's not working I followed the directions, I can post to the forum thread but only one at time not multiples. In gallery I got the 2 and that was it. I am not sure why I need a college degree in computers to post a pics. Sorry about that last statement I must so frustrated to this point, just trying to get some help in my thread and trying to find to let others see my issue with more than 1 pic.
Thank you for your reply

I checked your gallery and your pictures are a small size so that is not a problem. I don't use an I phone so I can't help you with that. Are you also wanting to post pictures on a thread about plant issues too or just in your gallery and albums? More people would see them on a thread if you want people to comment on something specific.
Maybe people who use an I-Phone can chime in here.

I just changed the thread title to include that you are using an iPhone. (Also moved the thread to "about this board" forum). I know there have been some members reporting problems with pix when using iPhone - tho others don't have problems - so hopefully some iPhone users can help you out.
Have you tried using the Tapatalk app?
I usually use my computer to post pix, tho have occasionally used the Tapatalk app (but on Android).

I did download tappatalk app, but every time I log or try to go into it it tells me the my tappatalk name and forum nam can't be the same lol. That's what I want already having issues trying to remember passwords for everything. I have been hacked on a few occasions hence no computer, and I never as OS to remember log in info anymore. I did have tablet with one of those password manger things but that was a samsung and is now a paper weight. I don't know for Flickr and Lockr I sign in press upload and it goes it should be as simple as that lol

Have you tried copying and pasting the links for posting photos that Flickr creates?

Hello White Rabbit,
Sorry for not replying sooner, it's been an extremely busy week for me.
So to fill you in. I do understand that there's a way that you can create a URL. And I have tried to do that to her three times and it never seem to work. If you know any videos, tutorials or websites for computer illiterate people like me feel free to email me or post.I guess I will just go to the yahoos help section for Flickr and see if I can narrow that down better. Hopefully very soon here I'll be able to figure it out.
Sorry, again for not getting back to you sooner I will work on it some more this week and hopefully by this weekend I'll have it all work out
Thank you and hope the rest your week goes well.

When you go to your picture on photobucket or flicker, right click and get the picture's url. Then click on the little icon yellow picture right here. Get rid of the http: that is already in there, then right click and paste your url in that spot. You must do this for each picture. The url must be placed in the yellow picture ion/box or it won't work for each picture. I hope this helps.

Thank you for that advice, one thing there is no right click on iPhone. I appreciate all the help I can get.
