Profile Photo

Hi,
I uploaded the wrong photo to my profile and posted a post then I caught it went to my profile and changed it but the old one still shows up in my post.
I am new to forums and still learning

There should be a box (probably at the bottom of the page where you change the photo) that says "save changes" that needs to be clicked.
I'm not on my computer right now, but will look at that later to double check that.

The one that shows on your posts is called your avatar, and this is different to your profile picture. This confused me when I was new hear, I had added a profile picture and couldn't work out why it didn't show on my posts.

In the purple bar near the top of the page choose 'UserCP', then a list of options appears, about half way down that list is 'Edit Avatar'. Click on Screen Shot to see it. 'Edit Profile Pic' is higher up that list, but that image only shows on your actual profile.

Thank You Guys....you were right I thought my profile photo was the one that shows up in my post....did not know what a avatar was...changed it and it worked.
The old one had my watermark on it ..Thank You

Thanks Rosie, was just puzzled about the very thing. Saved my day! Hope you like the avatar; Can you guess the genus or even species?

Oh! I had been wondering for months why my picture didn't show up on my posts, there are two pictures! Thanks Rosie! But, my avatar is showing up blurry, I used the same pic on my profile and avatar and the profile one is sharp. Anyone know why that might be?
