For some reason my router was blocking OB and only OB. I had to get help from Netgear's technical people, though my son-in-law could have helped as well (you probably need a techie). We disconnected the router from the modem, connected it to the computer with a cable, and then redid the settings, reconnected the modem and router and recylced them and I was fine. Howard probably needs someone who help him do all that. It was too complicated for me to remember all the steps and too long a process to write it all down, but he needs to reconfigure his router.
