Troubles uploading pictures to gallery

Any hints? I have a Mac and exported the pics in "smallest" file size to my desktop both to change the size and to find them easily. And they are in my "queue" on the OB. How can I get them out?

I have not posted anything in a long time because I can't get the attachments icon to work, I've been posting for years and never had any trouble, now it just won't work. ANY HELP..... Jim.
