Considering all of the conflict on this matter there there are still photos on Ebay depicting species that I know came from a blog out of Brazil.
Tom I hope you don't go.

Maria couldn't have said it better. There is no way those orchid vendors don't know that they are stealing. And it is a very foolish business move that could cost them big $$ one day.

Tom posts photos on other boards wouldn't he have to remove all photos from all boards. And, how would one know that a photo was taken from here unless of course the photo was placed only here. Tom's photos are the best. Sure will miss em.

The answer is NO.
" And, how would one know that a photo was taken from here unless of couse the photo was placed only here."
I never said "for sure" they stole my photos from OB. If you read, you may understand why I deleted all photos here.
FYI, Seattle Ochids is using one of my photos again. All I have to say now..."they got enough fair warnings!."

Report them to eBay, if that is where it is, or the BBB. Dont know how much either would do, but it's better than asking them to not do it, which is obviously not working. Another fun thing to do on eBay would be to buy an orchid from them, then post negative feedback based on the illegal usage of a photo. That'll get them riled up for sure

Tom, I'm sure it's frustrating for you to continue finding your photos being used. I do hope that you can straighten it out and I wish you the best of luck.
This thread has shown what the problem was and still is...along with opinions and suggestions...and it's about run it's course.
I won't close the thread but can we please let this subject go away now...
