My Gallery-adding and deleting

With Susanne's help, I created a few albums with photos in my gallery sometime back, but when I tried to update today, I couldn't remember how I did anything....have there been changes or is the problem simply my "old person's memory failure"? I've been reading several older threads in this forum, but I still couldn't figure out what I should do. I just gave up and decided to ask for your help. If someone wouldn't mind walking me through the steps, I would appreciate it!

1. How to add a photo to an existing album
(and should I click on "album" or "photo" before I
start to do this?)

2. How to delete a photo in an album (and again, which should I click on before doing this....album or photo?)

If you don't mind helping me, I plan to save your instructions in a folder so I won't have to bother you again.

I think there have been some changes, although as I don't use it regularly I don't know the details.

I'm going to have a play now and try and work it out for you.

OK, adding pictures.

First click on the album you want to add a picture to.
Once you have done that, there is a green band top and bottom of the picture thumbnails. Within the green band is a hyperlink (underlined text) which says 'Upload Pictures'. I also have a broken link next to it, that is a box with a red 'x' which I think is meant to be an image for upload pictures ignore that and click on the hyperlink where it says 'Upload Pictures'

Select the pictures you want to upload using the 'browse' buttons. It says in the text below, that it will resize if they are too big, but I found it gave an error unless I resized them first. If Sue gave you instructions for resising then they should not have changed. If not take a look here.

Once you have the pictures selected click the 'Upload Pictures' button and it should load them for you.

Deleting a photo.

Click on the Album first.
In the red band just above the photo thumbnails, click 'Edit Photos' at the far right of the red band.
Once in this screen each picture has a tick box next to it for Delete Photo. Tick the ones you want to delete then click 'Save Changes'.

Hope that makes sence, let me know if you are still having problems.
