Default A new (to me at least) forum blanking out issue

Over the last few weeks, I have noticed that after posting a reply at this forum, my browser returns a blank, white window, it says "Done" (i.e., the page has loaded) at the bottom, but the animation in the tab indicates it has not.

If I click the "back" button twice, then reload the page, I see it posted fine.

Today, I noticed that happens only when I use the "Quick Reply". If I preview on the advanced entry screen, no issue.

I use Firefox (currently 3.6.8) on XP.

Not seen that one. I use quick reply a lot. I use IE though.

It sort of sounds to me like what I get randomly arround the forum. Marty thinks it's due to the server needing more power and I know he's got a new server on order to try and upgrade things.

I find if I wait a minute (sometimes less) then press F5 (refresh in IE) it opens the page correctly. Often I just press refresh straight away and it works fine.

Yep, that's been happening to me yesterday and today, but it does post. Only on quick reply. And mine reads Stopped at the bottom left, not done as yours does/also no scale as to where it's at on btm right...just blank. I use FireFox and XP Prof.
