Issue Posting/PM/Email from OB

"Zoren" has been a member here for a while, but has been away. Now he finds that he is unable to post a new thread and he gets an error telling him something about his permission settings.

He telephoned me about it, and I found I couldn't do anything either, even though I could this morning.

Apparently my issue has been resolved, but I don't know about his.
