What fishmom says is definitely the easiest way, but if you are looking for someone who perhaps doesn't have any current posts on the board where you can click on their name, you can go to the "Search" tab near the top of the page, then go to "Advanced Search," and follow the prompts as to where to put the name you are searching for. Doing it that way will bring up entire threads in which the person has participated, so you may have to scroll through to find the member you are looking for.
Finally, you can go to the "Members" tab near the top of the page, and that will display a (very long) list of all registered members. Then, once you find the member you are looking for, again, follow fishmom's advice and just click on their name for a prompt to find all their posts.
